The Annual AC Garden Tour
2025
On July 17, 2025, the GCAC proudly hosted its second annual AC Garden Tour, highlighting six of the city's 20 remarkable community gardens.
The tour featured green spaces including Gardener’s Basin, Fisherman’s Park, OUR Garden, Firehouse No. 3, now the Coastal Cousins Heritage Garden, Ducktown Community Garden, The Our Lady Star of the Sea Coastal Cousins Garden, and Dover Park Avenue Garden. The groups were able to see how the 2024 gardens have expanded and how they have increased their food production for the community. Attendees had the opportunity to eat a free, fresh lunch at the end of the tour —provided by Cardinal Restaurant — using locally grown produce!
2024
On September 19th, 2024, the Green Coalition of Atlantic City (GCAC) proudly hosted its inaugural AC Garden Tour, highlighting seven of the city's eighteen remarkable community gardens.
The tour featured stops at some of the city’s most celebrated green spaces, including Gardener’s Basin, Fisherman’s Park, OUR Garden, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Pollinator Garden at the Absecon Lighthouse, Sister Jean’s Garden, Firehouse #3 Garden, and the Dover Avenue Gardens.
